3-dot with remove action should not be for team resource

when showing resource of team on dashboard myLibrary we should not have 3-dot with remove action as its not myLibrary item to be removed.

3 dot icon is for going to team detain, not for removing . If the resource in not in myLibrary it will show add to library button.
