Delay in Message Appearing

Problem: In the Enterprise tab, when I create a message it will not appear until I sync. This could create confusion from the users as they are not sure whether their message will be posted.

Solution: After the user posts the message, it should appear locally as well.

I was able to reproduce this bug. I was also able to make the message appear by going back to the home page and clicking on the team again.
