Fixed maven links and updated dependencies.

Motivation behind PR

I wasn't able to install this node package in its current state. Upon further investigation I found that the version of node-java it's using was outdated and that the mavenDependencies pointed to dead links for open-korean-text and scala-library.

Summary of Changes

  • Updated the mavenDependencies links
  • Changed how the jar files are named in install.js, this is because of the new maven links
  • Updated the dependencies to their latest versions.
  • Updated @types/java dev dependency to its latest version
  • Updated open-korean-text to 2.3.1
