Gmpublisher retrieves Add-on titles in my Steam language and updates the titles in English

I have some Add-ons have multiple languages of Title & Description: English: Chinese:

In Gmpublisher, it will retrieves the Chinese title, and if I update it, it will replace the English title. Like this:

So I have to copy & paste the English title manually, Crowbar retrieves data in my Steam's language too, but when click on an add-on, it will retrieve data again, and this time it's in English:

Although Crowbar uses different programming language, I think this should provide a reference.
