Contact linking option is missing from synchronization settings

Expected Behavior

When I open OpenKeychain app and enter settings from the top left corner, there is "synchronization" setting for Automatic key updates, contact linking. However, when I choose it, there is no setting for contact linking. Context

I am trying to link my k9 mail accounts with corresponding keys which are already imported into open keychain. Some of my already linked accounts have a k9 mail dog icon in their identity section. I realized those account don't ask for password for decrypting emails, but those who don't have this icon ask password everytime when decrypting an email. I don't want to enter password everytime. That is why I want to link my k9 mail account from the setting/synchronization. However, there is no such option now.
