Blank encrypt to drop down list

When dark theme is set. Drop-down list background is white. Foreground is also white.

Expected Behavior

List should have black/dark grey background.

Current Behavior

white background

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1.Select encrypt txt. 2.Tap on encrypt to field. A blank drop-down menu appears. 3.It is apparently populated & I can tap to select. But I'm doing so blindly

Reproduced on Android 7. I can see the green sign for trusted keys. That's all.

Confirmed this is also happening on /e/ based ROM (Android 8.1.0) with dark mode enabled, version 5.5.
