Failed restore operations leave the written chunks on disk

When a restore operation has failed or has been abandoned (i.e. when the redis key expires), the chunks that were written to RAWX are left on disk. One way that could possibly solve this is to have a worker that leverages redis' public/subscribe facility to clean the parts that were already written on key expiration.
