MMS Operator Example

Add the newly created MMS operator example as an example service.

We want to publish this example in newly installed Management Hubs, so we will need to add it to blessedSamples.txt so it can be published by the exchangePublish.sh script.

There are some special Makefile targets that need to be present for these script to work correctly, but the helloworld example can be used as a good template for all of that information.
