For this URL http://ip2location.io/ip, there is no licensing involved as it just returns the public IP.

For this API http://api.ip2location.io, without an API key, you can make 500 geolocation queries per day. If you choose to sign up for the free API plan at http://www.ip2location.io/pricing, then you can make up to 30,000 geolocation queries per month.

For the free API plan, we do require attribution as below:
