Security Subgroup

I suggest, in the spirit of the new content subgroups, that we try to establish one for security. Security matters have been discussed in other issues, but these have grown stale and are not up-to-date with the direction that the project is going for these days.

I can organize this after KubeCon NA '22. If you want to help out, please leave a comment and I will suggest some time slots for us to have the inaugural meeting at.
