MS Graph registration should include all submission data

The MS Graph registration is currently only uploading the "submission report".

Because there is no additional data/report being submitted in the registrations, hidden fields/user variables are missing which could be problematic and restricts the use of this registration plugin to simple forms only.

Ideally the pdf's uploaded here would be the same/contain as much data as a e-mail registration would - or submit both.

Additionally: Could we not provide the same functionality as e-mail to allow submission data to be included as PDF, CSV, Excel?
