Cache the "informatieobjecttypen" in the file component's registration tab.

Omschrijving / Description
As a form designer i don;t want to wait every time i have to set a "informatieobjecttype" in the registration tab of a upload component.
Even if i change tabs i will have to wait for OF to retrieve all the "informatieobjecttype" again which can take quite a while.
