Strip municipal code from displayed StUF case-number

Omschrijving / Description

As I think it's a given that an OpenForm instance is ran on a by-municipality basis, the municipal code as part of the case number that gets returned from StUF is semantically irrelevant. Thus it makes the number appear unnecessarily daunting to an end-user, and complicates the process of for example reading the number out loud when communicating about a case through telephone.
