不支持最新版的Grafana

用新版本的Grafana：5.4.2，连接数据源就会报HTTP Error Not Found，换成旧版的：5.0.4就没有这个问题。 新版本的界面：

新版grafana Save & Test 按钮访问 /api/v1/grafana/metrics/find?query= http code 为 404 返回结果为：{"message":"Not found"}

我用docker部署openfalcon/falcon-plus:v0.3 只能适配到grafana/grafana:5.3.4版本 高版本的grafana都会出现http error not found
