User interface: spinner shown in windows that request user action

The spinner (progress bar) is shown in ID-card related UI windows that actually require action from the user. The spinner sends a wrong signal implying that the app is doing something, while actually the user is supposed to act. Spinner should be removed from these windows.

On the other hand, spinner should be added under "MY eID" tab, while showing "ID card found. Requesting information...". (Currently the spinner is not present in this view.)
