Non-1993 accidentals?

There seems to be an issue with non-1993 accidentals lingering in the text of the edition. Particularly in Chapter IV. For example:

<lb n="40258"/>summons had almost become clear. Then, just
<lb n="40854"/><p> A girl stood before him in midstream, alone
<lb n="40863"/>bosom was as  a bird's soft and slight,

In these three cases, the Gabler A Portrait has:

1. No comma on ‘Then,’
2. A colon instead of the comma after ‘midstream,’
3. A comma after ‘bird’s’ and a semi-colon instead of a comma after ‘slight,’
