Noisy Neighboorhoods
One sentence description: Residents have no way to utilize noise data in the assessment of living situation. We can use 311 Noise complaint data to map the noisiest neighborhoods

Project Needs (dev/design/resources): Data is available. Just needs devs to execute, designers, analyst to find other data. Opportunity for hardware hackers to leave noise sensors around the city to collect data, especially near places that are actively receiving complaints.
Status (in progress, pie-in-the-sky) just an idea, need hacking
