Made a pull request that adds some minor improvements to setting up the react-intl package. It allows a dynamic setting of locale using the user's browser (instead of hardcording in "en"), and it adds some additional setup. Moving this to July! Working on cleaning up more of the language tonight and this week but I don't think we'll be good to implement until July. Should have text updates by July 1st meetup (Location subject to change!) and then maybe @Orly1988 can help us clean up the Spanish translation after.
