看了一下不是很好解决, 里面没法不用 LazyList, 也不容易禁用鼠标滚轮滑动 sheet

不过有可能可以 workaround 一下, 给 lazy list 上一个 nestedScroll, 把多余的 offset 全 consume 掉. 但这个问题 essentially 又会变成 https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/CMP-4975/Scrolling-by-wheel-did-not-produce-scroll-offset-to-NestedScrollConnection

我建议等 CMP 修复
