跳过 op 可以是在 episode viewmodel 每秒检测一次，如果播放到距离 op 章节时就左下角弹出一个即将跳过 op 的提示，点击可以取消。

增加一个设置，在播放剧集是第一个的时候就当做是首次播放，总是不跳过。
