Category field in Preferences Page extension

When you create a preference page using e4PreferencesPages extension, there is an issue if you fill category field with a non-existing category.

In this case, you runtime eclipse application is never launched. It is blocked at the spash screen.

There is an infinite loop if the category does not exist. Will be fixed in next release
