rails 7.1 bundle fail

Hello I got some issue on installation

Same here. It fails for Rails 7.2 too.

@hmdne it would be great if you could release a new version of opal-rails that supports Rails 7.1 and 7.2. I believe these will be the last versions of Rails supported by this game as I heard from @janbiedermann that Rails 8 will end up with a rack plugin that supports features like hot module reloading. But, until then, an update for opal-rails would be great!

If you merge @hmdne , it would be great if you could make a release (2.0.4).

@hmdne Thank you for merging the PR and releasing opal-rails gem version 2.0.4.

I confirmed that opal-rails version 2.0.4 works with Rails 7.1 and 7.2, so this ticket can be closed, assuming @ranska is able to use opal-rails with Rails 7.1 as well.
