voebb (VÖBB) Berlin broken

since fall 2019, apparently after a software change at VoeBB, the media list in the account page is always empty, although there is media lent in reality. search seems to work though.

Thanks for the notification!

As stated on https://opac.app/de/support-policy/, we will not provide support anymore for the free app for libraries that haven't signed a support contract with us. Thus, as long as this is a problem specific to VÖBB, we won't fix it ourselves. But you are welcome to have a look yourself, and of course, we would merge a PR that fixes this issue.

Affects me too. The only reason why I User this quite good App.

Will try to send the request to voebb, but If nothing happens, I will delete the App. Schade.

hi @woffs - I wrote them, too, on Feb 21st (e-mail sent both to [email protected] and [email protected]) and asked for fixing or a statement here

They answered saying they have no resources for debugging this atm, struggling with site stability anyways. Maybe ½y later.
