Version missmatch (where does version 2.1.4 come from)

Which git-commit was used to build the NuGet packet version 2.1.4? The ExifLibrary/ExifLibrary.csproj is currently on version 2.1.3 so I'm a bit confused because normally git should always have the latest version.
