[Feature]: Add Settings toggle to warn users if they have DoH/DoT/some other secure DNS enabled and enable the toggle by default

User Story

Hello,

Please add a settings toggle that's similar to the one you have that warns a user when they're using a VPN, but instead of checking whether a VPN is being used, it checks if DoH/DoT/some other form of secure DNS is being used, and warns the user about it. The reason why is because using Secure DNS gives a different set of results that mark websites blocked by DNS tampering as accessible. This is a misleading result, and one that should be avoided, as DNS tampering is a very common method to block websites.
