[Feature] ooni/probe-android - Themed / Monochrome App Icon

Since Android 13, the user can choose to draw an app's Themed / Monochrome app icon variant if it is mentioned in the app's Adaptive Icon manifest.

I've created two variants (Example in blue theme below):

about_ooni VectorDrawable
