[Request] Domain Specific Results

It would be useful to see domain specific results. For example, to see what countries and ISPs have blocked a specific domain like signal.org, privacytools.io, torproject.org etcetera. Thanks

We have a planned feature which would allow one to lookup data about domains/websites/URLs that were tested in a country across all the tested networks. But we currently have some limitations on the backend which prevents us from providing this feature yet. (related issue ooni/api#86)
