Update TGW Error

Describe the bug

When I try to update(1.9.5->1.12 lastst) by VPN(I Now on China mainland). will show that error.

Is there an existing issue for this?

Reproduction

1.start the update_wiz_windows.bat 2.Choose A/B, Then update 3.If use Porxy(VPN), you will see that error
