install and UPDATE - go worse each time

Describe the bug

PLEASE WRITE exact how i must update if i have installed in conada in environment or i have pressed only start_windows.bat

Is there an existing issue for this?

Reproduction

NO, i cant reproduce becuase i have no time to install and reinstall it and wait for the next update ^^

i have installed text-generation-webui at least 6 times in different ways btw it works very well each time ... BUT allways "ALLWAYS" if i update is it git pull or update_wizard_windows.bat

it make all worse and it dont work anymore

-> NEW INSTALL

so it where very nice to have an update hint :)

1. Execute the git pull command in the repository folder.
2. Execute Updating the requirements

From time to time, the requirements*.txt change. To update, use these commands:

conda activate textgen
cd text-generation-webui
pip install -r <requirements file that you have used> --upgrade

i installed with start_win.bat so i cant active conda (miniconda) and update_wizard_windows.bat dont work today cant say why iv forget AND installed new... now the 7times ^^
