Feature Request: Add message complete feature to chat UI

The ability to write the start of a message in chat mode and then send it off to the model for it to complete the rest would be very useful. It would allow the user to nudge the chat in the right direction rather than them having to edit the entire response after the fact.

Adding a checkbox to the character bias plugin would be sufficient:
