Can't select character in chat mode with instruct selected

Describe the bug

You can't select a character in chat mode with the instruct radio button selected. If you select chat or caichat, though, you can select a character then switch to the instruct radio button.

currently you can change yourself to chat mode, then select the text generation tab, where you'll see three radio buttons on the interface--cai chat, chat, and instruct. If you select chat or cai chat, you can change your character. If you select instruct you cannot change your character. so select chat, change your character, then select instruct to get the character you want in chat / instruct mode.

Not sure what the purpose of the 3 radio buttons is, but I'm guessing they are for handling different prompts for different kinds of models?

Anyway, it would be nice to simply be allowed to change characters when you want. Current method is confusing.

change interface mode to chat, then click on the text generation tab, then try and choose a character. You can't choose a character when the instruct radio button is selected.

Yes, I can confirm it.

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'characters\instruction-following\AI_Char.json'

AI_Char.yaml is in the 'characters' folder. So it's a different folder for instructions.
