Error Downloading from command line

I've been using Raccoon by launching it in the command line for a month and had no problem, but, since yesterday, everytime I try to download an apk by using it, it just prompts me on the terminal

!fail.Target host is null!

I have received this error when I try to download an incompatible app onto an unsupported device. For example, trying to download TikTok (com.zhiliaoapp.musically) onto an x86 based device.

Sorry, I should have clarified that I was providing context to OPs issue. I'm aware that TikTok is ARM only. I was merely indicating that the error code mentioned in the post appears in such scenarios. I do not have any issue downloading from Raccoon at the moment.
