Is dummydroid closed source now?

On website it says that dummydroid is Apache licensed. And here too. But version on website is 3.0 and here is 1.2 from 8 years ago. And on website it also says that dummydroid was rewritten in version 2.0. So I guess dummydroid was open source but now it is not. May I ask why?
