There will be no further development on Raccoon v3. This repository is only kept here for legacy reasons. Development on Raccoon v4 is continued in another repository:

Raccoon v4 is a complete rewrite that goes beyond being a mere APK downloader:

  • Integrated App manager / browser (no need to bother with the filemanager and cryptic filenames any longer).
  • Integrated webserver (for downloading APKs / other files from PC to Droid)
  • Integrated ADB frontend (installing apps from within Raccoon, sending urls, taking screenshots)
  • Way improved market search (including screenshots now, permission tree, meta information)

@onyxbits Better merge #53 and archive this project to make this more clear / visible.

Maybe also mark https://www.onyxbits.de/raccoon accordingly / add a "deprecated" banner.
