I18n - Localize

Hi everyone! we would like to localize Danswer with i18n and we had some tests in our local machine. Is it possible to contribute in this way with you?

We read the contributing file and we saw the first choice is issue :)

We don't have a perfectly patch that works, but we sent the patch to the developers. We don't know if the developers want this type of contribution.
