Feature: prompt playground (assistant)

Every prompt platform (OpenAI, Azure AI, Vertex AI, Dataiku) has a prompt playground where you can have both the prompt at one side and the chat to test it.

This is a must have when doing complex prompts. Today, I have to play with OpenAI playground to first develop complex prompts.
