API for external chat info retrieval?

Hey, sorry for this basic question, if I will set this app on internal server, what would be the easiest way to send questions and get answers via the API instead of a browser window? So I can use it in the closed circle platform that doesn't have access to the Web or Discord, like pure api interaction for questions and answers?

I see there is a discord integration so it should be available somewhere, in this case I don't need to restrict docs, like a full admin access to Q&A on any topic but via API instead of a browser.
