Source Request - Freshdesk

I would like to request a source - we use Freshdesk for our helpdesk and we have multiple site within the service. We have tried to index the sites using the sitemap option - https://support.freshdesk.com/en/support/solutions/articles/224768-automatic-sitemap-generation but the results are suboptimal.

We would be willing to sponsor a Freshdesk connector that could index our support desk FAQ. Is there a process for this?
