I approved https://github.com/onvif/specs/pull/481 so I am not sure if I should approve this yet.

Propose to close this without merge and as the discussion here has been split and addressed in below PRs

    • Manually merged changes from https://github.com/onvif/specs/pull/474 into https://github.com/onvif/specs/pull/486
