Some CardSets do not have a card number. Create a card number for these sets.

A card number will be created for sets that do not have a numbering system. The cardset will simply be sorted by card name and given a number based on this.

Not happy with the solution I implemented. I am going to order it alpha, however do it by white, blue,black,red, green, artifact, lands. This will be closer to how the sets are currently organized. This only applies to old sets that had no set numbers on the cards.
