Implement proper scaling of wallet app for high-DPI devices

It would be great to have the app scale properly on high-DPI displays. I'm using the Windows version of the wallet and it has the scaling issues like many other programs on these high-DPI displays. Text strings are cut off, very small or displayed on top of each other.

@Leberer Do you have the same problems with the Bitcoin Core?

@wrinkl3 I have never run the Bitcoin Core client. I'll try it in the next few days.

There might be a way to add high-DPI support via the Qt config, I'll look into it.

@wrinkl3 So I tried Bitcoin Core. It also doesn't look pretty (small fonts etc) But there everything at least was readable. I only realized recently (after seeing a screenshot of a correctly displayed wallet) that there is a field missing in my "Send" tab. I never sent anything with the desktop wallet so far but I guess that's the most important problem. Would be awesome if that could be improved!

EDIT Sorry I just realized these fields only show when you activate coin control in the options. So not a problem!
