Where is the command convert-onnx-to-caffe2?

Form this page, they say

onnx-caffe2 has bundled a shell command convert-onnx-to-caffe2 for converting ONNX model file to Caffe2 model file.

But I can't find the command even caffe2/onnx(newest from github) installed.
