[feat] Add alternate hosting provider

Add hosting provider adapter and alternative to freestyle such as fly.io or cloudflare workers for hosting

This would be a great addition not just for users, but also to help us avoid a single point of failure. The first step should be abstracting the currently hardcoded Freestyle dependency so that we can easily add support for other providers.

Are you thinking of starting with just Fly.io alongside Freestyle as the default, or should we aim to support all three providers?
