[feat] "Ask" Mode in the Chat

Describe the feature

Add an "Ask" mode to the chat in the left corner to allow the user to ask questions about the project without building anything. Should be a very simple build and a prompt-swap.

Here are the two .svgs for the "build" and "ask (chat bubble)". Make sure when you add the .svgs in to the icons file that they user currentColor for the fill.
