Add a "window" or "Frame" option to the botto mtoolbar.

@Kitenite for adding new window, when the button is clicked it should duplicate the current window and open the left window side bar for other settings ?

@Paribesh01 , I think it should toggle into draw mode where we allow users to draw a new frame similar to Figma
