[bug] Onlook IDs are not generated on newly created elements from the AI.

Describe the bug

I asked the AI to create a new page, and it did so, but no Onlook ids were assigned to the elements on the new page. Even after refreshing the page the IDs were still not added. Only by restarting the application did the IDs show up
