[bug] Inserted divs need handles to be able to be resized

I was realizing that if you draw a div or a text box in, you don't have handles to use! We should enable this exclusively for new divs. This may take some work to accomplish, but is essential to being able to use the divs on the canvas as intended.

The latest #936 was where they were created, and we hid them in the editor in anticipation of #545
