Can't get DropBox token

Summary / 概要

New tokens for DropBox cannot be taken from https://www.dropbox.com/oauth2/authorize?client_id=153gig8dqgk3ujg&response_type=code.

Steps to reproduce / 再現方法

1. Access to https://www.dropbox.com/oauth2/authorize?client_id=153gig8dqgk3ujg&response_type=code.

environments:

oj --version
online-judge-tools 11.5.1 (+ online-judge-api-client 10.10.0)

Expected behavior / 期待される挙動

An access token is given.

Actual behavior / 実際の挙動
