Expose intervalOf from utils

In FileStream builder, the value of withAutoFlushEvery expects TimeInterval. But either TimeInterval or intervalOf function wasn't exported anywhere.

Usage

new FileStream("log.jsonl")
.withAutoFlushEvery(intervalOf(5).seconds())
