Support M1 / Arm64 Mac OS

Support M1/Mac OS arm64. This PR blocked by this PR: https://github.com/revery-ui/esy-skia/pull/38.

After that PR merged we can use esy-skia with that commit and merge this PR. With those in place we will able to build Oni2 in M1.

Note: if you want to test this in your M1 machine, change esy-skia resolutions in your package.json:

"esy-skia": "syaiful6/esy-skia#1e951d2"

This is really exciting - thank you for investigating this @syaiful6 (and for updating esy-skia to support M1).

I'm just going to try building locally on M1 - but code changes both here and on esy-skia look good to me.
